If the product received does not meet your expectations, you can choose to return the purchased product, within 7 days of delivery of the package, with a courier of your choice and at your expense or with the GLS courier sent by us.
In this case we will send you a link, through which you can book the collection. In addition, by choosing to rely on the GLS courier, you will be asked for a contribution of € 10 , which will be deducted from the total value of the refund.
Once you have defined this step, follow the instructions below:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp, telling us which method you prefer to return. We will be happy to answer you as soon as possible.
- Please package your items with all original packaging and original tags. Items must be intact and will not be accepted if damaged or visibly ruined.

After the package arrives, our team will check the conditions of the product and, if compliant with the return, the refund will be made.
