Refund policy

ART. 10: RIGHT OF RETURN

If the Customer is a ‘Consumer’, as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, they are entitled to the rights referred to in Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21/02/2014, and therefore the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement (hereinafter ‘Right of Withdrawal’) for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, in the manner specified below.

The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Return) or only part (Partial Return) of the Products purchased by the Consumer.

The Return period expires after 7 (seven) days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the Carrier and designated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the Products.

The right of return is exercised by sending - before the expiry of the Return Period as indicated above - a notice of withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt addressed to:

The Return Notice must specify the intention to withdraw from the Purchase and the Product(s) for which the right of return is to be exercised.

The Product(s) must be returned within 7 (seven) days from the date on which the Consumer communicated their decision to withdraw pursuant to Article 52 of the aforementioned Consumer Code. This deadline will be met if the Consumer sends back or returns the Product(s) subject to return before the expiry of the 7 days.

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories) and complete with the accompanying tax documentation.

The goods must be returned to Caneva 937 Srl at Corso Matteotti 14/16, 36071 Arzignano. The direct costs (shipping costs) of returning the products are borne by the CUSTOMER.

As provided for in Article 56, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Caneva 937 may suspend the refund until the goods are received or until the CUSTOMER has demonstrated that they have returned the goods to Caneva 937.

Caneva 937 will issue the refund using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER at the time of purchase. In the event of payment by cash on delivery, Caneva 937 will contact the customer to agree on the refund method.

Please note that:

If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you can choose to return the purchased product within 7 days of delivery, using a courier of your choice and at your expense, or using the GLS courier sent by us.
In this case, we will send you a link through which you can book the collection. Furthermore, if you choose to use the GLS courier, you will be asked to pay a contribution of €10 (for shipments within Italy), which will be deducted from the total refund amount. For shipments outside Italy within Europe, the contribution requested is €15.

Once you have completed this step, follow the instructions below:

Contact us by email or WhatsApp, letting us know how you would like to return your items. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Pack your items with all the original packaging and labels. The items must be intact and, if damaged or visibly worn, will not be accepted.

After the parcel arrives, our team will check the condition of the product and, if it meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. Please note that, based on this, it will take some time for the refund to be processed.
