SHIPPING
Caneva '937 ships to Italy and all over the world with selected and reliable express courier. All shipments, in Italy and in the world, are traceable. At the time of shipment, the customer will be provided with a tracking number, so that the progress of his shipment can be followed.
DDP SHIPPING (DELIVERY DUTY PAID)
For EU States (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price of the items.
DDU (DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID) SHIPPING expected for non-EU countries
Non-EU countries are not subject to VAT/TVA on the purchase price, but any local, import and/or customs clearance taxes remain customer's responsibility.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders will be processed as soon as we receive the payment confirmation, in the case of payment via PayPal or Credit Card, or when the amount of the transfer is physically credited to our current account, at our bank.
For any Italian destination, shipping is free and delivery is approximately expected within 24/48/36 working hours from the time of shipment, depending on the location.
For any foreign destination, delivery is expected within 4/6 working days from the time of shipment.
Shipments made by Caneva '937 are not insured against damage or loss.
If you wish to insure your shipment, the cost is €8 and will be valid until the moment of delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the buyer.
RETURNS
Caneva '937 wants to guarantee your complete satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items - if they were never used, within 7 days from the delivery date - and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
If your initial order did not include, for any reason, any shipping costs, in case of return of one or more items, we will charge a fixed amount of € 10.00 + VAT, as a contribution for the costs we have incurred for the shipment of your order. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
We invite you to try the product without removing the original product tag, because returned items that are not in the same condition in which you received them or with the original hanging tags missing or damaged will not be accepted.

Please follow the instructions below to return your package and receive your refund as soon as possible.
Attention: before shipping the goods, check that you have the following requirements:
All labels, whether fabric or hanging, must be perfectly intact and, therefore, must not be removed from the garment.
Each item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was originally shipped to you and must be neatly packaged.
Each returned item must not have been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way.
In the case of returning footwear, the box must be returned intact, in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 7 days from the delivery date (including holidays).
Shipping costs, including returns, are at your expense.
The receipt or invoice that accompanied the item must be attached to the shipment.

Therefore - to avoid, at your own risk, the item getting lost or being significantly delayed - we suggest you use an express courier and insure the shipment.
ATTENTION: the package containing the return travels at your own risk and, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage due to poor packaging, delay in delivery to our warehouses.
ATTENTION: the return of an order must take place within seven days from the date of delivery (including holidays).
ATTENTION: if even just one of these conditions is not met, Caneva '937 will not be able to accept your return and the package will be rejected or the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
ATTENTION: for items purchased on sale it will always be possible to return them, with the same limits and the same methods described above.
As soon as we receive your package, Caneva will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met and, if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will proceed to make your refund which will be made by crediting your credit card (if you paid by credit card) or bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery) or Paypal credit (if you paid by Paypal).
You can choose to get a Voucher instead of a refund.
If, however, the above conditions have not been met, we will notify you and give you the option of returning the item to your address at your expense.
