RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Exchange and refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Contact us via whatsapp or email if you want returns or exchange your items. (email@example.com - +39 0444 672501).
- Make sure the items you're returning/exchanging are in the same condition in which they were purchased with tags, accessories and all documentation attached.
- You can choose to return the product you purchased in two ways:
- with a courier of your choice and at your expense;
- by our courier sent by us, to the address indicated by you. In this case, a cost contribution of 15€ will be requested, which will be deducted from the refund value. You will need to be on call for a period of at least 3 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER:
The item will then be checked by our team once it arrives,
If the item is in a condition our team find suitable and meet the stores standard
a refund/exchange will then be made.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER
during the purchase.
